Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and resolve TDR privacy image-rights cases in line with the SOP via direct communication with users and non-users.
  • •Address and escalate complex TDR privacy image-rights cases not covered by the SOP.
  • •Identify DSRs within the incoming volume and promptly assign them to the appropriate queue.
  • •Support improvements to TDR image-rights procedures and tooling through feedback on trends, volume fluctuations, and technical bugs.
  • •Collaborate with the Global Privacy Operations team to improve the company’s privacy posture through compliant handling of requests globally.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years working in a TnS content moderation team with at least 1 year in a privacy and/or compliance team (Privacy Ops support, Digital-Rights Ops, or similar).
  • •Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection for digital platforms, including GDPR.
  • •Ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance TDR image-rights process and policy at scale.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail.
  • •Great written communication skills and operating with high integrity.
