Key Responsibilities

  • •Support PVD deposition manufacturing operations, with consideration for candidates with GaN experience.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Implement project or improvement plans covering efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvements, new product support, and other process improvements.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
  • •Identify systematic problems in process or equipment sources and communicate findings; support manufacturing ramp with equipment/process startup and process experiments.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years of experience in semiconductor industry PVD process engineering.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
