Sr. Consultant, Client Education

Develop and deliver employee education for T. Rowe Price 401(k) plan clients, using multiple formats including in-person sessions, web meetings, and recorded presentations. Apply deep knowledge of retirement plan offerings to independently conduct basic and complex trainings, run product demonstrations, and tailor events to group needs. Build strategic relationships with plan sponsors and advisors, collaborate across operations and technology teams, and measure learning success while resolving follow-up questions.
