Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, deliver and maintain medical device regulatory dossiers and registrations in line with regulatory strategy to achieve in-market launches and ongoing compliance.
  • •Coordinate and support submission of registration dossiers, ensuring global activities consider world-wide implications.
  • •Collaborate with RAS, Quality, Safety, Medical, Marketing, Supply and R&D to define requirements for submissions and ensure timely, compliant outcomes.
  • •Coordinate responses to questions from regulatory authorities and lead projects across multiple markets to meet objectives and milestones.
  • •Maintain up-to-date regulatory information across systems and databases to support audit readiness and lifecycle management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field or equivalent experience
  • •Experience with medical device regulation or regulatory affairs is preferred
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate regulatory information for stakeholders
  • •Ability to manage multiple regulatory submissions and maintain compliance timelines
  • •Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams (Safety, Quality, R&D, Marketing, Supply)
