•Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities with the CEO/CTO
•Lead the product/engineering team, set direction, unblock execution, raise the bar
•Build full-stack features across Next.js/TypeScript frontend and Python/FastAPI backend
•Own product launches end-to-end — from spec to build to GTM
•Talk to customers and translate product analytics/feedback into product decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 185,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong full-stack engineering (Next.js, TypeScript, Python)
•Prior experience leading product at an early-stage startup — 0→1 at minimum once
•High Agency and ability to context-switch between writing code and making product calls
•Real LLM experience — tool use, agentic systems, structured outputs
•Strong product instincts and taste
