Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned to business objectives, KPIs, and long-term vision.
  • •Ensure procurement policy and processes comply with internal procedures, legal regulations, and group standards.
  • •Manage procurement budget, develop cost forecasts, and report results to the Management Board.
  • •Optimize procurement costs (savings, cost avoidance) and drive process and logistics improvements.
  • •Lead the procurement team, including setting objectives, developing competencies, and mentoring/coaching employees.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (preferred fields: Procurement, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or Engineering).
  • •Minimum 8 years of professional experience in procurement.
  • •Demonstrated people management experience (minimum 5–8 years).
  • •Proven experience developing and implementing procurement strategies, including procurement process optimization.
  • •Practical knowledge of tendering processes and contract negotiations (with a very good command of English at minimum B2).
