Procurement Manager

Own and implement procurement strategy for key categories tied to concrete production, including aggregates, additives, transportation, fuels, energy, and operational services. Manage procurement policy compliance, budget and cost forecasting, and track savings reporting with EBITDA impact. Lead tender and contract negotiations, develop supplier relationships and mitigate supply risk, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while mentoring and growing the procurement team.
