Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to implementation of the system-wide strategy and assist with development/preservation of system-wide and Faculty/Division-specific policies.
  • •Teach courses aligned to the course syllabus and program goals, using educational technology resources and supporting second-language learning with continuous feedback.
  • •Monitor student progress, evaluate students, update grades timely, and contribute to question banks and course assessments.
  • •Serve as a student advisor, provide at-risk recommendations, mentor students during internships/work placements, and maintain regular office hours.
  • •Conduct applied research aligned with the faculty’s interests and the national innovation agenda, participate in conferences, and serve on committees and as an adviser/sponsor for student groups and activities.

Key Requirements

  • •A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required where applicable.
  • •Or a Master's Degree and a professional certification relevant to the discipline, with 5 years of teaching and industry experience.
  • •Or a Bachelor's Degree may be considered for candidates with extensive industry experience and industry certification per the discipline requirement.
  • •A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in the relevant discipline.
  • •Experience developing course curriculum per accreditation and international standards, including incorporating educational technology into instruction.
