Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, validate, and maintain trailer and intermodal load/order records in the TMS based on tenders, rate confirmations, and onshore instructions
  • •Process and audit operational documentation (BOL, POD, rate confirmations, interchange receipts) for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • •Update and reconcile load milestones, status codes, and system records using Control Tower and tracking system data
  • •Maintain and reconcile equipment inventory and utilization records; process empty repositioning transactions in operational systems
  • •Calculate detention, demurrage, and per-diem accessorial charges, support invoice generation and billing exception resolution, and manage system/data exception queues per SOPs

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of direct experience in transportation/logistics backoffice operations, order management, billing, or transactional support functions
  • •Experience in trucking, intermodal/drayage, trailer operations backoffice, or transportation/logistics transactional support
  • •Knowledge of load/order entry, documentation processing, and billing/invoicing workflows
  • •Understanding of equipment (trailer/chassis/container) record management, detention/demurrage, and empty repositioning processes
  • •Familiarity with TMS, billing/ERP systems, EDI transactions, and reporting tools; strong Excel skills
