Section Head - L4 - Cab Interior

Lead the end-to-end development and release of next-generation cabin interior systems for the commercial vehicle portfolio. Own strategic direction and innovation in areas such as dashboards, HVAC, seating, trims, ergonomic layouts, and HMI-related interfaces. Manage project delivery across concept-to-production, drive modularization and value engineering, and coordinate with global engineering teams while leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing organization with operational excellence, budget governance, and compliance to safety and regulatory standards.
