Provide everyday customer consultations for private individuals on SEB’s banking products, processes, and services through phone, letters, and chat. Understand customer needs, proactively sell relevant products, and help resolve non-standard situations together with colleagues in the customer center. Work in a dynamic environment and build customer service and financial literacy experience while following flexible shift schedules.
