Key Responsibilities

  • •Recommend contractual structures and draft, revise, and negotiate contractual documents with customers, partners, and subcontractors.
  • •Establish, manage, and continuously update the contractual baseline from contract signature to project closure, including managing deviations through contractual instruments.
  • •Oversee incoming and outgoing contractual communications with customers to ensure consistency, traceability, and strategic alignment.
  • •Provide contractual advice and act as the reference point for contractual matters within the project, including coordinating with the Litigation Department when disputes arise.
  • •Support compliance processes for tenders and projects (e.g., third-party screenings) and escalate potential non-compliance issues; provide transversal legal intelligence and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced academic background in Law, Contract Management, Business, or related field (Master’s degree level) with specialization in Law.
  • •10+ years of demonstrated experience as an in-house legal counsel in an international context within a multinational company legal department.
  • •Strong analytical and synthesis skills to assess situations accurately and propose pragmatic solutions.
  • •Knowledge of third-party review (third-party screening) techniques and ability to conduct compliance analyses.
  • •Full mastery of IT tools and data exchange platforms, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
