Kitchen Manager (QSR)

Oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced QSR, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and staff performance. Develop and implement SOPs, lead operational rollouts for new menus, processes or equipment, ensure food safety compliance, monitor costs, and train and mentor staff while coordinating with procurement to source ingredients.
