Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Technology Development & Verification in China as the senior in-country leader and primary representative for the Director of Technology Development.
  • •Ensure China-based teams stay connected to global standards, priorities, and ways of working while reflecting local operating realities.
  • •Support growth and effectiveness of the Technology Development & Verification community in China through coaching, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
  • •Coordinate cross-category capability demand, resource constraints, and competing priorities, supporting effective allocation to highest-value outcomes.
  • •Drive site readiness and operational enablement by progressing enablers across facilities, safety, security, IT, tooling, workspace, governance, and support processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant leadership experience in engineering, product development, technology development, verification, validation, or a closely related technical function.
  • •Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
  • •Strong track record of developing people, building capability, and improving organizational effectiveness.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to represent the function at senior levels.
