•Maintain, repair, and install industrial x-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment (including x-ray tubes, scanners, power supplies, and motion control).
•Troubleshoot and test hardware/software products at Waygate and customer locations.
•Provide technical support to customers via phone and onsite service.
•Complete standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
•Monitor site safety during work execution and travel overnight approximately 70% of the time.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation (or equivalent), plus at least 1+ years diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
•Willingness to submit to a background investigation (employment verification, criminal history, driving record, and educational background).
•Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain/hold a passport.
•Experience with servicing industrial x-ray/CT systems (including Waygate, and GE make x-ray/CT systems is mentioned).
•Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot using instruments (oscilloscopes/digital multi-meters) and perform software troubleshooting in a Windows-based environment.
