Coordinate steering activities for an internal insurance management platform, ensuring end-to-end transparency and timely execution of platform strategy and target-state deliverables. Track timelines, dependencies, and risks; escalate delays and gaps. Manage cross-stakeholder reporting across business, IT, and governance, overseeing workstreams spanning platform operations and lifecycle, data quality and reporting, IT coordination/backlog, Salesforce documentation, and governance/compliance (ASIOR). Translate strategy into actionable guidance for technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate internal insurance management platform strategy and target-picture activities, aligning strategic direction with operational delivery.
•Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies; escalate delays, gaps, and inconsistencies.
•Maintain transparency through structured reporting and coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and governance.
•Oversee combined workstreams spanning platform operations and lifecycle, data quality and reporting, IT coordination and backlog, Salesforce data documentation, and governance/compliance (ASIOR).
•Translate platform strategy into actionable guidance for technical stakeholders, including Tech Leads and the internal technology provider in India (remote collaboration).

•Solid English communication skills in both written and verbal communication.
