Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations, including lot escalation dispositions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
  • •Support manufacturing ramp execution, including equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to increase efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and product quality.
  • •Implement project or improvement plans, including efficiency improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement programs, and new product support.
  • •Participate in data analysis and problem resolution while working onsite and responding to evening and weekend escalations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering degree.
  • •2 years of experience in photolithography process engineering.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • •Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including model-based problem solving.
