Join semiconductor manufacturing operations at LFAB in Lehi, supporting 300mm wafer production in the photolithography process area. You’ll perform lot escalations to reduce cycle time, support ramp-up with equipment/process startup and experiments, develop process improvements to raise yield and quality, and participate in data analysis and problem resolution. The role is onsite and requires responsiveness to evening and weekend escalations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Support manufacturing operations, including lot escalation dispositions to maintain continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
•Support manufacturing ramp execution, including equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs).
•Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to increase efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and product quality.
•Implement project or improvement plans, including efficiency improvements, cost reduction, quality improvement programs, and new product support.
•Participate in data analysis and problem resolution while working onsite and responding to evening and weekend escalations as needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, or a related engineering degree.
•2 years of experience in photolithography process engineering.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
•Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including model-based problem solving.
