Team Lead, Market Operations

Lead local market operations by running the Carvana hub and driving day-to-day performance across operations, logistics, market launch, and consumer branding. Coach and develop a team of Customer Advocates through hiring, onboarding, feedback, and goal setting, while strengthening morale and customer experience. Analyze business trends, generate and present regular reports to upper management, and step in when needed to wash cars, deliver vehicles, or resolve complex customer-facing issues.
