Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter and manage required vehicle data in the AS400 system, including VINs and descriptive information.
  • •Maintain vehicle files and title documentation; coordinate with the title department to obtain negotiable titles.
  • •Coordinate recon and transportation/vehicle charges with posting clerks and transportation department; update consignment inventory and reconcile errors.
  • •Respond to customer inquiries about vehicles and exceptions, ensuring customer requirements are met and problems are resolved.
  • •Prepare and update redemption/sale appointment files, balance sale/invoicing as needed, and produce reports while following safety procedures.
