Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, revise, and negotiate EMEA commercial contracts with customers and prospects.
  • •Serve as a designated legal contact on the EMEA commercial legal team for the enterprise sales team, including contracting enablement, education, and communications.
  • •Provide strategic guidance and oversight on contracting, enablement, and contracting process improvement initiatives.
  • •Maintain and update commercial legal playbooks, support template documents, and help operationalize templates in contract management/automation tools.
  • •Contribute to best practices for efficient commercial contract lifecycle management and liaise with product to assess agreement impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Approximately 5 years of experience drafting and negotiating customer commercial agreements in high-growth technology companies.
  • •Qualified solicitor/lawyer (or equivalent) admitted to practice in Ireland, England & Wales, or another European jurisdiction.
  • •Experience across global commercial transactions, including sales agreements, SaaS and enterprise B2B transactions, and data processing agreements (GDPR and data protection laws).
  • •Strong process orientation with interest in building and optimizing contracting processes and procedures with legal operations.
  • •Professional fluency in both English and French, including independent drafting and negotiation in both languages.
