  • •Ensure full utilization of Intelligent Lean tools and digital/automation frameworks to eliminate non-value-added activities and improve supply chain performance.
  • •Own continuous improvement and problem-solving governance, including connection to process owners, data scientists, and operational teams.
  • •Develop and lead supply chain digitization strategy and initiatives.
  • •Manage two direct reports and lead performance management, mentoring, and development.
  • •Assess end-to-end supply chain process maturity (demand planning through cash-to-cash), identify gaps, and drive measurable improvements aligned with global strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, technical, or business field.
  • •Minimum 10 years of industry experience, preferably in chemicals.
