Lead supply chain performance improvements for the Polyurethanes Division across the Americas value chain, partnering with Commercial, Operations, Corporate, and Supply Chain teams. You’ll drive continuous improvement and problem-solving communities, deploy intelligent lean and digital/automation capabilities, and develop supply chain digitization initiatives. Manage two direct reports, assess end-to-end process maturity (demand planning through cash-to-cash), and deliver measurable breakthroughs using analytics and best practices.
