Key Responsibilities

•Deliver and build best customer experiences by running deep customer discovery, solving problems, curating demos and materials tailored to each team, and continually improving knowledge of creator partnerships and sales skills.
•Maintain your own inbound pipeline from first contact to close, conduct regular meetings in European time zones, balance new deals with existing ones, drive product adoption, create deal plans, and keep CRM up to date.
•Collaborate with Product, Success, Support, Marketing & Finance to address procurement, billing, legal issues, handovers, expansion opportunities, and roadmap considerations.
•Support cross-functional efforts by coordinating with Finance, Success, Marketing, Support and Product to ensure smooth purchasing, implementation and ongoing success.
•Manage and optimize schedule and CRM to keep deals moving forward and maintain clear visibility into deal status.
