Key Responsibilities

•Provide managed services that keep client IT infrastructure and systems operational.
•Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems to restore service.
•Review client requests or tickets and apply technical/process knowledge to resolve without breaching SLA.
•Deliver second-line support for incidents and requests with medium complexity across multiple technology domains.
•Contribute to or support project work as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
•Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management.
•Strong understanding of asset management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
•Proficiency using asset management tools to track, manage, and optimize asset inventory.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
