Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design system in code and the UX of the product wedge (Agent UI shell, slide-out/pill, Control UI, and per-module panels).
  • •Ship UX as code for real-time voice, desktop, and AI event streams, understanding events, WebSocket state, latency, and plugin loading.
  • •Build and maintain the design system as a real component library with templates and patterns developers can implement without friction.
  • •Define interaction patterns including agent handover and active listening UX, plus the product’s graphics language (iconography, motion, data visualization).
  • •Ensure accessibility (Lighthouse a11y > 90) and keyboard-first agent flows, delivering perceived performance through UI craft.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product design with real front-end engineering, shipping React + TypeScript.
  • •Strong visual craft including iconography, motion design, and canvas/SVG data visualization.
  • •Owned a design system as a living component library that’s versioned, documented, themed, and adopted.
  • •Strong templating discipline: reusable patterns and layout systems with component APIs and composition.
  • •Understands the tech underneath (e.g., WebSocket-driven state, event ordering, render performance, module federation/plugin loading) to avoid design-architecture conflicts.
