M&A Business Partner (Health Services)

Business partner with the Health Services Business Unit to advise on the full financial lifecycle of M&A transactions, from valuation and forecasting to due diligence impacts and transaction accounting. Build and manage P&L valuation models, coordinate cross-functional inputs to validate financial assumptions, benchmark KPIs and margins, and support SPA reviews, completion accounts, and post-transaction reporting. Partner with senior stakeholders to assess commercial and financial impacts across acquisitions, divestments, and integrations.
