Key Responsibilities

  • •Process financial service transactions accurately and use opportunities during transactions to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Act as a resource to resolve more complex client servicing issues.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized recommendations, transitioning clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals; maintain strong partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to support client acquisition and relationship deepening.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer within guidelines, and stay current on product guides, fees, and policies.

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources through tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience in cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and the ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
