Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed store sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing productivity.
  • •Ensure guest engagement and create a friendly, easy shopping environment while building customer relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and support action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives as needed.
  • •Assist with shipment processing and product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment.
