Lead and grow our healthcare electrical engineering practice, delivering complex projects in the healthcare sector while building client relationships and expanding WSP’s footprint. Manage senior project teams, balance business development with project delivery, and drive strategic growth across healthcare facilities and systems.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop new clients and projects in the Healthcare sector and lead project teams to deliver those projects and grow client relationships.
•Expand the sector footprint by leveraging cross-discipline expertise and an extensive network in the healthcare market.
•Balance business development with project workload (initially ~25% BD and 75% project work) and mentor/guide teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
•Represent the firm in healthcare facilities markets through client events and associations to promote pipeline development.
•Collaborate with regional leaders to drive growth, assess project performance, manage overhead, and track KPIs such as sales, backlog, and utilization.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
•15+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry focusing on Engineering Management, Business Development, and Operations Management
•Professional Engineering license
•Previous Healthcare consulting experience
•Extensive knowledge of electrical design, particularly in the Healthcare industry
