Key Responsibilities

•Lead Exa's brand identity and maintain brand guidelines across all platforms and touchpoints.
•Explore visual designs in Figma and translate them into web-native experiences
•Identify and pursue new areas of product growth; create and iterate on product flows and high-fidelity visuals
•Work with marketing on branding initiatives that can extend across various channels
•Example projects: collaborate with frontend engineering to develop the API playground flow, layout, and features; design landing pages highlighting search capabilities for different industries

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of design experience, ideally 1-2 years in-house
•Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
•Strong background in graphic design and brand development
•Expertise in UX/UI principles for complex technical products
•Frontend engineering, motion design, or illustration skills are a plus
