•Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to inspection teams and drive continuous improvement.
•Maintain comprehensive project records to ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
•Serve as the technical expert for field inspections and audits, resolving complex technical issues.
•Set inspection guidance and ensure consistency with quality standards and safety protocols across projects.
•Lead audit strategy development and act as an external spokesperson for technical project issues with clients and regulatory bodies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85 - 95 hourly

•Experience supervising or managing less experienced inspectors.
