•Know and be able to demonstrate operation, installation, specification and capacity of RGU products.
•Establish contacts with end users of operation, Rock Mechanics technicians and Supervisors involved in installation of products.
•Conduct traction tests for assigned clients coordinated by the product specialist.
•Know and execute traction testing protocol.
•Generate field visit reports detailing observations, test results and recommendations.
•Ensure the required equipment is available for each visit and test with assigned clients.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in similar roles providing technical support for products (anchors, inserts, concrete anchors, etc.) in terrestrial support or via company internal promotion
•Technical/engineering technical background (Carrera técnica/Ingeniería)
•Desirable specialty in Geology, Mining, Geosciences or related fields
•Intermediate English proficiency
•Ability to demonstrate operation, installation, specification and capacity of RGU products and coordinate with user teams and supervisors
