Support full-cycle executive recruiting by partnering with Search Consultants on position specifications, search strategy, and candidate assessment. Conduct industry and client research to map the executive talent landscape, manage candidate relationships, and assist with interviews, referencing, and status/client-ready reporting. Contribute to business development materials and pitch support while collaborating across stakeholders in an apprenticeship-style training environment.
