Key Responsibilities

•Assist engineers as they create, modify, and test products and processes.
•Perform extensive research and development during the creation phase of the product.
•Inspect products and processes for flaws and identify areas of improvement.
•Conduct tests and collect data.
•Utilize computer-aided design and drafting equipment during the design phase.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or applicable skilled trades program preferred

•Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
•Experience reading engineering drawings and schematics (blueprint reading) and using CAD/CAD drafting tools
