Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified employment lawyer in an EU jurisdiction with extensive employment law experience, including at least 6 years in a law firm environment and strong litigation background; prior in-house experience (1–3 years) is a plus.
  • •Deep expertise in platform work and worker classification, including hands-on experience interpreting and applying the EU Platform Workers Directive and related employment legislation.
  • •Strong legal judgment to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across multi-jurisdictional, cross-functional teams.
  • •Excellent legal drafting and communication skills, including executive-level communication and creating clear slide presentations.
  • •Full professional proficiency in English and fluency in at least one additional European language, with willingness to be based in or relocate to an EU market.
