Key Responsibilities

  • •Own protocol growth end-to-end by building tailored growth plans with DeFi protocols on Monad, including liquidity incentive/co-incentive structures and tracking TVL and volume against targets.
  • •Build the RWA × DeFi flywheel by sourcing and managing relationships with tokenized asset issuers and connecting them with lending protocols, yield vaults, and stablecoin infrastructure on Monad.
  • •Design looping strategies and collateral structures that make RWAs composable and yield-generating onchain.
  • •Identify cross-protocol opportunities that create compounding value by connecting lending markets, DEX liquidity loops, and yield vaults to RWA issuers.
  • •Bring institutional capital onchain by working with institutional LPs, asset managers, and capital allocators to deploy into RWA-backed DeFi products on Monad.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record of DeFi collaborations and/or ecosystem growth with a Layer 1/Layer 2 or major protocol-affiliated org, including growing TVL and user activity.
  • •Experience with RWA protocols and/or tokenization platforms, including how tokenized assets move from issuance into DeFi yield (collateral structures, redemption mechanics, oracle dependencies).
  • •Expertise in lending markets, AMMs, yield vaults, and liquidity incentives, with the ability to diagnose and fix growth issues.
  • •Institutional relationship experience with asset managers or family offices, and the ability to make DeFi-native infrastructure comfortable for capital allocators.
  • •High autonomy and accountability to metrics, treating protocol success as your own.
