Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop site sizing scenarios to balance on-site and off-site solutions for growth demands.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (FMRE, HSE, Security, IT) to meet requirements.
  • •Create and maintain a program roadmap to ensure on-time Entry Into Service (EIS).
  • •Supervise the scope of new constructions and ongoing projects.
  • •Manage risk and conflicts by tracking ‘drumbeat’ progress, resolving bottlenecks, and escalating critical issues to the Head of Site.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a PMO or Lead Project Management role, preferably in Aerospace or Defense manufacturing.
  • •Experience managing large-scale industrial site expansions or complex infrastructure ramp-up projects.
  • •Experience working with high-level governmental industrial requirements or national strategic plans.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (IT, Security, Facilities) in a matrix organization.
  • •Professional fluency in Spanish and English for government liaison and international reporting.
