Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the cost management process for the project, including preparing cost estimates, progressing through procurement strategies, and managing negotiations with vendors and subcontractors.
  • •Coordinate and review cost control activities, change orders, and interim/final payments to ensure compliance with contract requirements and budget.
  • •Prepare cost estimate reports and present results to clients and stakeholders, highlighting commercial progress and risks.
  • •Manage the commission and reporting for the project, including CO reviews, commercial progress, budget forecasts, and risk assessments.
  • •Lead/participate in commercial meetings with stakeholders and ensure timely communication of all commercial aspects and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •6 years of professional experience related to Engineering Cost Management
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • •RICS, AACE Certifications/Memberships
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish
  • •Strong Microsoft skills (Excel & PowerPoint), CostX, and knowledge of AutoCAD
