Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction

Serve as the key, day-to-day client interface for delivering value-added cost management on large-scale, mission-critical construction programs across the Columbus, Ohio region. Lead estimating and cost planning through design milestones, manage change orders and cost variances, reconcile contractor data, and produce monthly cost reports. Support design services and general contractors with cost estimates, negotiate pricing on behalf of the client, and coordinate VE sessions while mentoring talent.
