Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for end-to-end clearing and settlements processing to ensure timely settlement and compliance with client instructions, SLAs, and policies/regulations.
  • •Manage daily oversight of outstanding instructions for Direct Custody and Clearing activities (as applicable).
  • •Handle and oversee responses to client trade instruction enquiries from internal and external stakeholders across the HSBC network.
  • •Produce and own MI and ad hoc reporting on trade volumes, fails/breaks, risk indicators, and performance themes.
  • •Lead projects and continuous improvement initiatives; proactively identify problems, drive resolution/escalation, and implement measures to improve quality and prevent recurrence.
