Job Summary

Lead the design, integration, and validation of complex device drivers for customer AUTOSAR systems, acting as the primary technical contact for Battery Management Solutions integration into the BSW layer. Oversee customer support and requirements management, drive technical issue analysis, root-cause debugging, and performance optimization, and ensure compliance with ASPICE and ISO26262 to meet customer ASIL goals. Partner with Systems and Marketing teams and manage a team of 4–6 people.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the work of software applications engineers, analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and testing software enhancements and new product solutions.
•Lead the design, integration, and validation of complex device drivers (CDDs) into customer AUTOSAR systems, integrating high-performance Battery Management Solutions (BMS) features into the BSW layer.
•Collaborate with customers to define CDD requirements aligned to vehicle-level BMS needs and manage customer software support requirements before and after sale.
•Drive technical issue analysis, root cause debugging, and performance optimization for customer systems.
•Ensure compliance with ASPICE guidelines and ISO26262 functional safety standards to achieve customer ASIL goals while partnering on documentation and collateral delivery.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in ECE or Computer Science.
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
•Strong background in software/firmware development with programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
•Experience with embedded systems (MCU, MPU, ARM), computer architecture (cache, DMA, interconnect), operating systems, and communication peripherals (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
•Experience with functional safety (ASIL) and ASPICE; ability to manage a team of 4–6 people (mentoring, planning, execution).
