Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the work of software applications engineers, analyzing, designing, programming, debugging, and testing software enhancements and new product solutions.
  • •Lead the design, integration, and validation of complex device drivers (CDDs) into customer AUTOSAR systems, integrating high-performance Battery Management Solutions (BMS) features into the BSW layer.
  • •Collaborate with customers to define CDD requirements aligned to vehicle-level BMS needs and manage customer software support requirements before and after sale.
  • •Drive technical issue analysis, root cause debugging, and performance optimization for customer systems.
  • •Ensure compliance with ASPICE guidelines and ISO26262 functional safety standards to achieve customer ASIL goals while partnering on documentation and collateral delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in ECE or Computer Science.
  • •Minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • •Strong background in software/firmware development with programming languages such as C, C++, and Python.
  • •Experience with embedded systems (MCU, MPU, ARM), computer architecture (cache, DMA, interconnect), operating systems, and communication peripherals (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN).
  • •Experience with functional safety (ASIL) and ASPICE; ability to manage a team of 4–6 people (mentoring, planning, execution).
