Own the RevOps function from scratch as Eudia scales its GTM engine. Clean and structure Salesforce CRM and improve data hygiene so pipeline and deal data are trustworthy. Key Responsibilities

•Clean up and structure Salesforce CRM and fix data hygiene to make pipeline and deal data trustworthy.
•Build dashboards and forecasting for visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue trends.
•Define and document the sales process, including deal stages and handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success.
•Own and evaluate the GTM tech stack and implement new tools as needed.
•Identify where deals stall, where reps need support, and where to invest.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 143,000 - 157,000

Key Requirements

•5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or a related analytical/systems role, ideally at a startup or fast-growing company.
•Deep comfort in a CRM, with Salesforce preferred, plus reporting/BI tools.
•Strong Excel/Sheets and data instincts; SQL is a plus.
•Ability to build process from scratch, not just maintain an existing one.
•Comfortable with ambiguity and switching between hands-on execution and strategic thinking.
