Valuation Manager, Fine Jewelry & Watches (Appraiser/Authenticator) - Palo Alto

Own end-to-end valuations and authentication of fine jewelry and watches for clients visiting the retail store via appointment or walk-in. Provide consultative, white-glove pricing guidance to consignors, customers, and internal partners, using industry tools to support acceptance standards. Track sell-through performance, appointment-to-consignment conversion metrics, and stay current on pricing trends by collaborating with Pricing and Authentication teams. Occasionally support supply events through on-site valuations and remote pricing initiatives.
