Job Summary

Join the onsite ancillary sales team at Blossom Music Center, working concert days only from training in April through the season ending in October. You’ll greet guests, answer venue questions, communicate daily specials, and sell and manage offerings like parking, seat upgrades, ticket specials, and lawn chair rentals. Work closely with the Ancillary Manager and Box Office Manager while handling cash transactions and supporting end-of-show clean up.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests and answer questions about the venue.
•Communicate daily specials for parking, future ticket specials, and seat upgrades.
•Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chairs throughout the venue.
•Assist the Ancillary Manager with setting up and breaking down signs, tables, and tents.
•Handle money and balance the till at the end of each show, including post-show clean up.

Key Requirements

•Position requires constant walking and standing outdoors in all weather conditions, with lifting/carrying of 25+ pounds.
•High school diploma/GED preferred.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Must pass a pre-employment background check.
•Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
