Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards
  • •Lead a Geotechnical project team to complete assigned work within the planned schedule and budget, ensuring high professional standards
  • •Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of the Geotechnical team on the assigned project including scope, deliverables, schedule, and resources
  • •Prepare clear and accurate design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures
  • •Collaborate with Civil/Structural teams and other disciplines to provide technical inputs and ensure project success

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Engineering
  • •15-20 years of experience in oil and gas with major contractors or consultants predominantly performing detail design
  • •Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional engineering society
  • •Knowledgeable in ground investigation methods and geotechnical design methods including Eurocode 7
  • •Experience with geotechnical calculations, reports, drawings, and project documentation and ability to provide technical leadership
