Job Summary

Lead on-site chiller overhaul, start-up, and troubleshooting for Trane chillers and other HVAC equipment. Plan and deliver work schedules, coordinate with vendors/contractors, and support corrective and preventive maintenance while ensuring quality and EHS compliance. Lead a team of engineers or technicians, assess performance, and prepare reports for management. Resolve customer technical cases on site.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and deliver work scope according to the overall works schedule.
•Lead engineers or technicians to perform chiller overhaul and start-up jobs for Trane chillers and other HVAC equipment.
•Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance for chillers and related equipment.
•Coordinate HVAC equipment troubleshooting and liaise with customers to resolve site technical cases.
•Ensure all work meets specified quality and EHS standards, assess team performance, and prepare reports for management review.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent).
•Min 2 years relevant experience in Chiller Systems/Air-conditioning or 3 years project-handling experience.
•Able to lead a team and demonstrate positive attitude and team bonding.
•Good computer skills, able to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
•Hold SG Class 3 driver license.
