  • •Stay current in manufacturing technology and influence design for manufacturability.
  • •Drive performance improvements, cost reductions, and problem resolutions for subsea products.
  • •Lead business initiatives in manufacturing technology, quality, and productivity.
  • •Provide guidance and mentoring to the ME team, including developing next-line capability through technical guidance, training modules, and competence programs.
  • •Execute guidance for project analysis and ensure proper documentation, monitor project status and issues, and set goals and performance metrics for team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree (or equivalent) with strong experience managing people and teams.
  • •Experience in an oil and gas service industry, preferably executing maintenance and repair scopes for subsea production equipment and wellhead tooling.
  • •Manufacturing, maintenance, and production experience with mechanical design capability.
  • •Ability to understand engineering outputs and translate them into workshop and supply chain scopes of work and instructions.
  • •Permanent work permit in the UK; strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication.
