Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop data-driven features for the Payment Intelligence team to augment the bank payments product, focusing on improving payment recovery rates, fraud detection, and high-risk authentication experiences.
  • •Collaborate with other engineering teams and business stakeholders to grow adoption of Success+ and Protect+ products and propose ideas for new product features.
  • •Work on projects that improve the consumer authentication flow for high-risk payments and enhance the ML models and rules-based systems.
  • •Contribute to building one of GoCardless’ major revenue streams by delivering high-impact software with an iterative, experimentation-driven approach.
  • •Support and learn from a team of engineers to deliver scalable solutions and robust data products.
