Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan across Personal, Wholesale, Traded and Market Risk modelling workstreams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and resourcing; implement robust project controls (RAID, change control, decision logs, action tracking, benefits tracking) and escalate issues with options and recommendations.
•Coordinate end-to-end model change activities across requirements, data readiness, model build/change, validation, governance approvals, implementation, and monitoring readiness.
•Plan and run governance cadence (working groups, programme steering, model governance forums), document decisions and drive actions to closure; identify opportunities to streamline reporting and controls across workstreams.
•Support MAS-facing readiness by coordinating engagement plans, narratives, evidence packs, and closure of regulatory/audit actions in partnership with stakeholders.
•Ensure deliverables are complete, version-controlled and audit-ready (methodology summaries, data lineage, testing evidence, approvals, implementation sign-offs).
