Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for UK marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising
  • •Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for UK projects
  • •Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia content
  • •Present design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasively
  • •Oversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellence

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field
  • •5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production
  • •Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)
  • •Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition
  • •Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes
