Key Responsibilities

  • •Under general supervision, perform general labor responsibilities and load-out activities promptly and efficiently.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and operating related hardware.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy/light duty machinery; control and monitor load-out functions and automated scale/dump systems.
  • •Conduct and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance, inspect equipment for leaks, and maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas through housekeeping and grounds maintenance, report issues, and follow all safety policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.
  • •1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred; agriculture experience and forklift certification preferred.
