Key Responsibilities

  • •Comply with safety requirements and participate in safety activities to maintain zero safety violations.
  • •Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot plant process equipment used in daily manufacturing.
  • •Perform changeovers, assemble/disassemble, and clean machinery as part of production operations.
  • •Execute daily production run schedules, resolve quality issues, run standard QC tests, and record production data.
  • •Monitor maintenance activities and perform minor maintenance tasks while following standard operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6 months previous experience in production or manufacturing; mechanically inclined preferred.
  • •High school diploma or G.E.D. at time of application.
  • •Basic mathematics and computer skills; SAP experience preferred.
  • •Follow written and verbal operating and LOTO procedures; read/interpret documents and communicate effectively.
  • •Ability to work physically demanding shifts and conditions, including lifting at least 55 lbs and using required PPE.
